Party bus rental in Houston, from our home base.
Party buses and limo buses for 15 to 50 guests, and coaches up to 56 — Washington Avenue and Midtown nights, game days at NRG and Toyota Center, and days out to Kemah and Galveston. Quoted per trip, in writing.
A party bus keeps a big group together from the first pickup to the last drop-off: nobody drives, nobody parks, and nobody spends half the night in a second car. Houston is spread out, so that matters here — a night that starts in Katy and ends in Midtown is a long drive to make twice. Here is how to choose a bus in Houston, where to take it, and what it costs.
Which bus for your group
- Party Bus — 15–20 Passenger: 15–20 guests — birthdays, bachelorettes and prom groups.
- Limo Bus — 30 Passenger: 26–30 guests — wedding parties and milestone birthdays, with room to stand.
- Party Bus — 40–50 Passenger: 40–50 guests — quinceañeras, company parties and game-day crowds, with multiple doors for quick loading.
- Executive Shuttle & Charter Coach: 30–56 guests — wedding-guest shuttles and conference groups. Forward-facing seats and luggage bays; a coach, not a party layout.
Book for the final head count, not the hopeful one. Every bus has a legal seating capacity, and the chauffeur has to refuse boarding beyond it. For a group under 15, a Sprinter limo or a stretch SUV is the better fit — see Party Bus or Limo?.
Where Houston groups go
- Washington Avenue, Midtown and EaDo for bars and live music. These streets are busy on weekend nights and a bus can’t stop just anywhere, so your chauffeur sets drop-off and pickup points that work for a vehicle its size.
- Montrose, the Heights and Rice Village for dinner and a slower night out.
- The Galleria and Uptown along Post Oak Boulevard for dinner, the hotels and the shops.
- Toyota Center for Rockets games and concerts, and Daikin Park, the Astros’ ballpark, both downtown. Shell Energy Stadium in EaDo for the Dynamo and the Dash.
- NRG Stadium for the Texans and stadium concerts, and NRG Park for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo each spring.
- The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands for outdoor concerts — a long drive home from inside the Loop, which is exactly when nobody should be driving.
- Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston for a day by the water. Galveston is about an hour from central Houston each way, so book the hours for both drives.
What people book party buses for
Birthdays and nights out, bachelor and bachelorette parties, concerts and game days, proms and homecomings, quinceañeras, company holiday parties and holiday lights tours. Tell us the occasion when you ask for a quote: it decides the alcohol rules and any décor.
Rules on board
- Adults 21 and over may bring their own drinks where Texas law allows. We do not sell or serve alcohol.
- No glass on party buses.
- No alcohol at all on any trip with anyone under 21 aboard — proms, homecomings, quinceañeras and family events included.
- Everyone stays seated while the bus is moving. Stand and dance when it is parked.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind.
Breaking the rules can end the trip early, without a refund. The details are in our terms.
How party bus pricing works
Party buses are quoted per trip, because the rate depends on the bus, the date and the hours. Most bookings have a 3-hour minimum. 20% gratuity and applicable taxes are added as separate lines, and a 50% deposit secures the bus, with the balance due 10 days before the trip. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded — read our refund policy before you pay.
Spring Saturdays (prom and wedding season), December and New Year’s Eve book first. If your date is one of those, ask early — our New Year’s Eve guide explains why.
How to book
- Your date, pickup time and how many hours you want.
- The final head count.
- The pickup address, the stops and the final drop-off.
- The occasion.
Send them through our booking form and we reply with the bus options and a written quote.
Tip. Use one pickup address if you can. Collecting guests in Katy, Cypress and Pearland can use up the first hour of a 3-hour booking before the party starts.
