Chauffeur service in Houston, on your schedule.

Executive sedans, SUVs and the Rolls-Royce Ghost with a professional chauffeur — IAH and Hobby transfers, meeting days in the Galleria, downtown and the Energy Corridor, and Galveston cruise runs. From $150/hour.

Houston is spread out, so the car you book matters more than the map suggests. A chauffeur turns the drive into time you can use: no rental counter, no parking garage, no circling the terminal. Here is how our Houston car service works, from our base on Westpark Drive.

Airport transfers

Send the airline and flight number, not just a time. We track the flight, so a late landing doesn’t leave you waiting and an early one doesn’t leave you at the curb. George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), north of the city, has several terminals, and yours depends on the airline; Hobby (HOU), southeast of downtown, is the smaller airport. Private flights are met at Sugar Land Regional and Ellington.

Choose curbside pickup, or meet-and-greet with your chauffeur waiting at baggage claim with a name sign. Leaving from Katy, the Energy Corridor or Westchase at rush hour? Give us your departure time and we plan the pickup around that hour’s traffic, not a map estimate. Airport transfers has the details.

Business travel

Meeting days in Houston move between downtown, the Galleria and Uptown, Greenway Plaza, Westchase, the Energy Corridor along I-10 and the Texas Medical Center. On an hourly booking, one chauffeur and one car stay with you all day and wait outside each meeting.

For conventions and trade shows at the George R. Brown Convention Center downtown or NRG Center, we can move one executive or a whole team. Companies can open an account and receive one invoice. See corporate travel and our company holiday party guide.

Texas Medical Center visits

For an appointment at the Texas Medical Center, your chauffeur drops you at the building entrance and waits, or comes back at a set time, so nobody has to look for parking. Tell us the building and the appointment time when you book.

Cruises and trips beyond Houston

Galveston’s cruise terminals are about an hour from central Houston. An SUV carries a couple or a family with luggage, and a Sprinter carries a group — see cruise port transfers.

Dallas is three and a half to four hours away, and Austin and San Antonio about three. A chauffeured transfer turns that drive into working time, door to door, with no airport security and no rental car at the other end. See point-to-point and intercity transfers.

Vehicles

  • Mercedes-Benz S550: up to 3 passengers. The default for executives and airport runs.
  • Executive SUV: up to 6 passengers with luggage. Child seats on request.
  • Rolls-Royce Ghost: up to 3 passengers, for VIP arrivals and occasions.
  • Executive Sprinter: 11–14 passengers with full luggage space, for teams, cruise groups and group arrivals.

Pricing

Executive sedans (1–3 passengers) and SUVs (1–6) start at $150 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum on hourly bookings. Airport runs, cruise transfers and one-way trips are quoted point to point. 20% gratuity and applicable taxes are added as separate lines. Try the price estimator, or send your trip through the booking form for a written quote.

Tip. Flying from IAH? Tell us the airline, not just the airport. The terminal decides where your chauffeur pulls up.
