FAQ

Questions, answered.

Pricing, deposits, alcohol rules, airports and everything else people ask before they book.

How much does a limo cost in Texas?

Chauffeured service starts at $150 per hour, plus applicable taxes and a 20% chauffeur gratuity, with a 3-hour minimum on most vehicles. Stretch limousines, Sprinters, party buses and vintage cars are quoted individually for your date, hours and route.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No. A 20% gratuity for your chauffeur and applicable taxes are added to the base rate. Both are shown on your written quote before you pay anything.

How do I reserve a vehicle?

Send a request through our booking form. We reply with a written quote; your reservation is confirmed once you sign the agreement and pay the 50% deposit (some specialty and vintage vehicles require more). The balance is due 10 days before pickup.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The deposit secures your vehicle and chauffeur and is non-refundable. If you cancel, no refund is issued. If we have to cancel, any balance you paid beyond the deposit is refunded. Full details are in our refund policy.

Which cities do you serve?

All of Texas. We are based in Dallas and serve Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley, El Paso, Corpus Christi, Galveston, Waco, College Station, Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland–Odessa, Laredo, Tyler and the communities around them.

How far in advance should I book?

Six to nine months for weddings and large events, two to three months for prom, homecoming, quinceañeras and big game days, and as little as 24 hours for airport and corporate trips when vehicles are available.

Can we bring alcohol?

Adults 21 and over may bring their own beverages on chartered vehicles where Texas law allows. We do not sell or serve alcohol, glass is not permitted on party buses, and no alcohol is allowed on any trip with minors on board.

Is there a minimum booking?

Most vehicles have a 3-hour minimum. Vintage cars have no hour minimum. Airport and point-to-point transfers are priced per trip.

Who drives the vehicles?

Professional chauffeurs local to your city. We work with vetted operators across Texas, so a Houston trip is driven by a Houston chauffeur who knows the roads. The operators we book carry commercial auto insurance.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track every flight and adjust your pickup to the actual arrival time.

What happens if a vehicle breaks down?

We replace it with a vehicle of similar or better quality. For vintage bookings, a modern luxury car is staged as backup.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. Corporate clients can book multiple trips on one account with consolidated invoicing.
