Are concierge services included in the price?
Some are — flight tracking, timeline planning and luggage help come with every booking. Others, such as décor, red carpets and on-site coordinators, are quoted separately on your written quote.
Can you arrange things outside the vehicle?
We arrange what touches the journey: arrivals, timings, décor, reservations calls and logistics. We will tell you plainly if something is outside what we can do well.
How do I request a concierge extra?
