Airport transfers

Send the airline and flight number, not just a time. We track the flight, so a late landing doesn’t leave you waiting and an early one doesn’t leave you at the curb. At DFW the terminal depends on the airline and sometimes the gate; Love Field has a single terminal and is the closer airport for downtown, Uptown and the Park Cities. Private flights are met at Addison.

Business travel

Meeting days in Dallas move between downtown, Uptown, Las Colinas in Irving, Richardson’s Telecom Corridor and the Legacy area of Plano and Frisco. On an hourly booking, one chauffeur and one car stay with you all day and wait outside each meeting.

Trips beyond Dallas

• Mercedes-Benz S550: up to 3 passengers. The default for executives and airport runs.
• Executive SUV: up to 6 passengers with luggage. Child seats on request.
• Rolls-Royce Ghost: up to 3 passengers, for VIP arrivals and occasions.
• Executive Sprinter: 11–14 passengers with full luggage space, for teams and group arrivals.

Pricing

Executive sedans (1–3 passengers) and SUVs (1–6) start at $150 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum on hourly bookings. Airport runs and one-way transfers are quoted point to point. 20% gratuity and applicable taxes are added as separate lines. Tip. Booking for someone else? Put the traveler’s mobile number on the reservation, not yours. The chauffeur texts the person they are meeting.
