DFW Airport or Love Field? A Chauffeured Pickup Guide

How chauffeured pickups work at Dallas/Fort Worth International and Dallas Love Field — curbside versus meet-and-greet, timing, and what to send your chauffeur.

Dallas has two major commercial airports, and they feel very different on arrival. Here is how a chauffeured pickup works at each.

DFW International

DFW is one of the largest airports in the world by area, with multiple terminals connected by the Skylink train. Because your arrival terminal depends on the airline and sometimes the gate, the most useful thing to send your chauffeur is the airline and flight number. We track the flight and meet you at the right terminal.

Dallas Love Field

Love Field is closer to downtown, Uptown and the Park Cities, with a single terminal. Pickups are usually quick, and it is often the faster choice for central Dallas destinations.

Curbside or meet-and-greet?

  • Curbside: the chauffeur waits at the arrivals curb and you walk out with your bags. Best for light travelers.
  • Meet-and-greet: the chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign and helps with luggage. Best for first-time visitors, executives and anyone with heavy bags.

What to send us

  1. Airline and flight number
  2. Number of passengers and bags
  3. Curbside or meet-and-greet
  4. A mobile number that works on landing

Book through our airport transfer service.

Tip. Switch your phone on as you taxi to the gate — it is the fastest way for your chauffeur to confirm where to meet you.
