Company Holiday Party Transportation in Houston: A Planner’s Guide
How to plan transportation for a Houston company holiday party: shuttle loops, party buses, rides home, head counts, timing, pricing and the alcohol rules.

A company holiday party has one transportation job: get everyone there, and get everyone home without anyone driving after the bar opens. Here is how to set it up in Houston.
Three ways to move a team
- Shuttle loops. A charter coach or an Executive Sprinter runs between the office or a hotel and the venue on a fixed schedule, for example every 30 minutes from 6 p.m. Best when people arrive and leave at different times.
- One group, one ride. A party bus or a limo bus takes a department from the office to dinner and on to the party. Best for 15 to 50 people who want the ride to be part of the night.
- Rides home. Executive sedans and SUVs booked for the end of the night, for the people who live furthest out — Katy, The Woodlands, Sugar Land or Pearland.
Plan around the end of the night
Arrivals spread themselves out; departures don’t. Most guests leave in the same hour, so size the last shuttle runs and the cars home for the end of the party, not the start. Ask the venue when the bar closes and when the room must be empty, and book the vehicles until after that.
Head count and capacity
Every vehicle has a legal seating capacity, and the chauffeur has to refuse boarding beyond it. Work from the RSVP list plus a margin, and count partners and plus-ones.
Houston timing
- Book the vehicles as soon as the venue and date are set. December is a busy month for chauffeured transportation.
- If guests leave work at 5, they meet the Loop, I-10 and the Beltway at rush hour. A 6:30 start is kinder than 5:30.
- Tell us the venue — downtown, the Galleria, Post Oak or elsewhere — so the chauffeur knows where a large vehicle can load and wait.
Alcohol and the company
We do not sell or serve alcohol. Adults 21 and over may bring their own drinks on chartered vehicles where Texas law allows, and no alcohol is allowed on any trip with anyone under 21 aboard — which matters if families are invited. Some companies prefer a dry ride with drinks only at the venue; tell us which you want.
Pricing and paperwork
Executive sedans and SUVs start at $150 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum on hourly bookings. Shuttles, Sprinters, party buses and coaches are quoted per trip. 20% gratuity and applicable taxes are shown as separate lines, and a 50% deposit holds the vehicles, with the balance due 10 days before the event. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded — see our refund policy. Companies can open an account and receive one invoice.
What to send for a quote
- The date and the hours of the party.
- The venue address.
- The pickup points (the office, hotels) and where people go afterward.
- The head count, with your RSVP margin.
- Whether guests arrive together or in waves.
- Any accessibility needs — accessible vehicles are available on request.

Tip. Put the last shuttle time on the invitation. People plan their night around it, and nobody is left waiting at the curb.
